Building Your First Web Page - Learn to Code HTML & CSS

The next bock of code in your CSS menu base simply defines how your buttons
look when you hover over them with your mouse:
.buttons a:hover {border: 1px solid;
padding-left: 0px;
padding-top: 0px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
padding-right: 0px;
82
background-color: #;
border-color: # # # #;
color: #;
text-decoration: none;}
You can add any color codes, padding settings, or text decorations you like to
customize your menu buttons. By editing the color settings alone you can create
as many new menu looks as you want.
The next base snippets can be used for your menu foundation. Copy and paste
the code below into your actual HTML documents and edit the text and link
information to fit your needs; I’ve contained the menus within tables to keep it all
simple for you.
